Our Story
Every good story starts with “Once upon a time” and that is exactly how this begins as well, so you know it will be good.

Many years ago, our founder began to train responders around the globe in various disciplines of emergency and disaster response. As time moved on, newer technologies began to change not only practices, but how we trained altogether. He’ll admit that he was not receptive to the rapid exchange and integration of technology into the emergency management market.

As new technology was developed, more and more companies emerged claiming to have the perfect solution for every problem but sometimes even months later, those companies folded leaving disgruntled, frustrated customers holding the bag. Year after year we sought out technologies that didn’t claim to change the world but merely proposed real solutions for very real problems.

As the world changed and began to adopt more and more technology, the tech itself became more advanced and we felt that we had begun to see success in filtering out the stable from the unstable, the necessary from the waste of extravagance and over-engineering.

Now, as a team of innovators and responders, we feel we are standing at the precipice of a new day in the arenas of emergency management, disaster and emergency response, healthcare and educational institution management.

We are a small company and that means we are flexible, agile and eager to serve the individual client rather than offer cookie-cutter solutions for anyone that sends us an email. We do not cater to the elite and the large but rather see every client as part of our family, equally important and with the common goal of solving problems and overcoming obstacles. We know that at the end of the day you have to answer to someone for the decisions you make whether that be a manager, an administrator, a council, a board, a patient, a client or the public. We are here to help you make the right decisions.
